Operator Helper

The Operator Helper supports production operators by performing general housekeeping, driving forklifts to move work-in-progress product, and assisting with production functions such as changing shredder knives and dumping seasonings. This role requires the ability to work independently in various areas including flake drums, production lines, and raw receiving while adhering to safety and quality standards. The position involves operating equipment, maintaining inventory accuracy, and participating in a validation program to demonstrate proficiency in assigned tasks.
