Operator Helper

This position supports production operators by performing general housekeeping, operating forklifts, and assisting with various production tasks such as making additive batches and quality checks. The role requires adherence to safety regulations, maintaining equipment cleanliness, and ensuring high-quality product standards through inventory management and inspection. Team members must demonstrate proficiency in assigned tasks within the first 90 days of employment.
