Operator (Multiple Shifts/Cary and McHenry)

Aptar is seeking Operators for both 8-hour and 12-hour shifts at its Cary and McHenry, IL locations. These fully onsite roles are responsible for the total production process through the finished goods stage, ensuring product safety and quality standards are met. The position involves monitoring automated production machines, performing quality checks, and maintaining traceability and lot control functions.
