Operator Training Simulator (OTS) Engineer

This role involves supporting the execution and development of Operator Training Simulator (OTS) platforms for power generation equipment, including gas and steam turbines and carbon capture plants. The position requires leading simulation studies, driving Lean principles, and collaborating with global engineering teams to deliver high-fidelity, modular simulation solutions. The successful candidate will also manage site acceptance testing and resolve technical cases to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
