Ophthalmic Scribe

The Ophthalmic Scribe assists the physician with documenting the patient's medical record in an electronic format. This role involves accompanying the physician into exam rooms to transcribe patient histories, examinations, impressions, and treatment plans. The position may also include documenting procedures, consultations, and entering patient data as directed by the physician.
