About this role

The Founding Fellow (Assistant Principal) will spend the 2025-2026 school year embedded in an existing Rocketship California school to learn and internalize the Rocketship model while serving as an Assistant Principal. Over two years, the Fellow will prepare to help launch a new Rocketship region and inaugural elementary school in Orange County, CA for the 2027-2028 school year. The role combines school-based leadership, participation in programs like Rising Leaders, and thought partnership in regional planning. It focuses on supporting a rigorous, college-preparatory elementary program serving underserved communities.
