Organisational Development Lead

The role is responsible for designing and implementing ZURU's first competency framework, job architecture, and pay bands, while transitioning the organisational development function from a China‑only centre to a global model based in Auckland. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leaders and the Global Head of People & Culture to embed ZURU’s DNA into structures and tools, leveraging AI to accelerate delivery.
