Organizational Development Specialist - Temporary, Full-time

The Organizational Development Specialist is a key member of the HR team responsible for designing, developing, and facilitating competency and capability training for leaders and staff in support of the organization's strategic plan. The role involves partnering with leaders at all levels to support teams through change management, employee engagement, team development, and fostering a psychologically healthy organizational culture. This position will support job and organizational design to advance strategic goals and recognize and develop the talents within the organization to enhance the employee experience.
