Organizer

The Organizer supports MFPS and its clients, including Mi Familia Vota and Mi Familia en Acción, by building community power and advancing racial equity, economic justice, and civic engagement. This role focuses on base-building, grassroots organizing, leadership development, and campaign implementation to mobilize collective action within Latino and historically marginalized communities. The position involves direct community outreach, relationship-building, and training community members to become effective leaders and advocates.
