Organizing Coordinator

The Organizing Coordinator represents and assists SEIU Local 2015 in achieving organizational program goals by supervising, training, and directing staff while designing and implementing organizing plans. The role involves leading campaigns, managing budgets, and mentoring staff to execute member organizing strategies effectively. This position requires independent judgment and the ability to work with elected leaders in complex political situations.
