Organizing Coordinator

The Organizing Coordinator represents and assists SEIU Local 2015 in achieving organizational program goals by supervising, training, and directing staff. The role involves designing and implementing organizing plans, managing campaign budgets, and mentoring staff in member and new member organizing. This position requires strong leadership, independent judgment, and the ability to work effectively in complex political and local union situations.
