Orthopaedic Navigator

The Orthopaedic Navigator serves as a patient advocate, liaison, and advisor/educator to guide patients through the continuum of care for their surgical experience, from the pre-operative phase up to a full year post-operative. This role focuses on mitigating risks, promoting positive outcomes, and improving patient satisfaction by building relationships with patients, families, and the clinical team. The position involves coordinating care, providing education, and acting as a single point of contact to ensure high-quality patient experiences and optimal recovery.
