About this role

Zayo is seeking an experienced Project Manager, OSP Service Assurance, to oversee the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of outside plant break/fix and emergency restoration projects. This role involves managing timelines, budgets, resources, and cross-functional teams 24/7/365 to ensure timely network repairs while coordinating with various technical and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management within the telecommunications industry, with a specific focus on OSP projects.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the planning and execution of outside plant break/fix projects
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for projects as required
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to avoid delays
Manage relationships with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors effectively
Conduct regular quality inspections and audits throughout the project lifecycle
