About this role
The Outbound Sales Enablement Consultant at BambooHR will design and implement the systems, playbooks, onboarding, and coaching frameworks to build a predictable outbound pipeline across BDR and AE teams. The role focuses on strengthening outbound skills, tightening conversion metrics, and driving adoption of tools and processes to transition BambooHR from an inbound-led motion to a high-velocity outbound GTM engine. The consultant will partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales Leadership, and Operations to operationalize metrics and scale outbound execution.
