Outpatient Therapist - Reentry

About this role
The Reentry Therapist works with justice-involved individuals transitioning from closed custody correctional facilities, providing clinical support within Cherry Health’s residential reentry programs in Detroit and Grand Rapids. The role is based onsite at the Community Treatment Center in Detroit and serves to support successful community reintegration through integrated behavioral health services. This is a full-time position within a Federally Qualified Health Center serving underserved populations.
