Outreach Program Coordinator

The Outreach Program Coordinator assists in developing and disseminating inclusive promotional and educational materials for target communities in East Harlem and the South Bronx, and provides empathetic guidance to patients at the Long COVID clinic. The role involves coordinating with clinicians, managing clinic schedules, handling reporting, and building relationships with community organizations and the Community Advisory Board.
