Outreach Specialist

The Outreach Specialist role involves making public spaces friendlier, safer, and cleaner by engaging with the unhoused community and directing them to appropriate social services. The position requires building trust through a compassion-first approach, de-escalating situations, and distributing comfort items to those in need. This is a full-time, outdoor role suited for individuals with a background in social work or community outreach.
