Outreach Worker (Move-On Accommodation)

This role involves supporting individuals experiencing or at risk of homelessness to transition from crisis into safe accommodation and identify longer-term, stable move-on options. The position requires a trauma-informed, person-centred approach to create a welcoming environment and assist clients with basic needs, healthcare access, and financial support. The role includes working across Newquay and surrounding areas, with a focus on young people and move-on accommodation services.
