Homelessness Support Coordinator

The Homelessness Support Coordinator works with individuals who are rough sleeping or at risk of rough sleeping in Cornwall, conducting intensive assessments and advocating for their housing and support needs. Based at the Breadline Centre, the role involves providing person‑centred, trauma‑informed support, facilitating groups, and collaborating with partner agencies to help clients maintain tenancy and improve wellbeing.
