An Outreach Worker for Waythrough’s Bradford No Second Night Out programme supporting people who are rough sleeping or vulnerably housed. The role is based at Discovery House in Bradford and contributes to housing recovery and community-based support. It is a fixed-term position focused on connecting people to accommodation and longer-term support.
