Outreach Worker

BCCS is seeking an Outreach Worker to staff the Milford Drop-in Center and provide health education and risk reduction activities to individuals at risk for HIV and HCV. The role involves on-site and street-based outreach programming, including needle exchange services, testing, counseling, and referrals to treatment and social services. This community-based position requires maintaining high professional standards while acting as a liaison to help clients access necessary resources and treatment entry.
