Outreach Worker

The Outreach Worker collaborates with the Program Director to ensure the quality and integrity of Beacon Community Center activities, focusing on outreach, engagement, and retention for youth and families. This role involves coordinating program schedules, managing participant attendance, and serving as a liaison between the community, partners, and stakeholders. The position requires strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to supporting transitions from middle to high school.
