Outreach Worker

The Outreach Worker identifies the needs of homeless, runaway, foster, and at-risk youth ages 11-24, connecting them with resources, crisis intervention, and basic needs to support their journey toward self-sufficiency. This full-time position provides low-barrier, unconditional support to help vulnerable youth access safe housing, medical care, and community services. The role involves conducting street outreach, facilitating activities at the Drop-in Center, and maintaining accurate records of participant outcomes.
