Outside Loan Originator

The Outside Loan Originator provides residential mortgage loans to borrowers looking to purchase real estate or refinance an existing mortgage while generating leads to increase production. This role involves working away from the office more than 50% of the time to establish relationships with realtors, builders, and title companies through marketing campaigns and community education seminars. The position requires counseling borrowers on loan programs, originating mortgage loans, and ensuring timely and compliant loan transactions.
