Outside Loan Originator

The Outside Loan Originator provides residential mortgage loans to borrowers looking to purchase real estate or refinance an existing mortgage while generating leads to increase production. This role involves working away from the office more than 50% of the time to engage in sales, establish relationships with realtors and builders, and counsel borrowers on appropriate loan programs. The position requires maintaining current knowledge of agency guidelines and ensuring timely loan transactions.
