Overnight Operations Coordinator

The Overnight Operations Coordinator provides mobile operational leadership, training, coaching, scheduling support, and crisis response across LifeMoves Interim Supportive Housing programs in Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties. Serving as the first line of operational leadership overnight, the role partners with various staff to ensure safe, consistent, trauma-informed services across sites. The position works overnight shifts and collaborates with the Overnight Program Director to form a three-person leadership team.
