LifeMoves
The Overnight Operations Coordinator provides mobile operational leadership, training, coaching, scheduling support, and crisis response across LifeMoves Interim Supportive Housing programs in Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties. Serving as the first line of operational leadership overnight, Coordinators partner with Residential Service Coordinators, Resident Managers, Program Aides, Shift Leads, Program Directors, and the Overnight Program Director to ensure safe, consistent, trauma-informed services across sites. This position works 12:00 AM to 8:30 AM on a weekly schedule staggered with the second Coordinator to provide seven-day coverage.
