About this role

The Overnight Transaction Reporting Analyst is responsible for the operational integrity of regulatory trade reporting during the extended 24/5 equity trading session. This role involves monitoring, handling exceptions, and repairing trade reporting submissions to FINRA's Trade Reporting Facility (TRF), as well as assisting with Consolidated Audit Trail (CAT) and Electronic Blue Sheets (EBS). The position serves as the first line of defense against reporting breaks before the U.S. core trading day begins.

Responsibilities

Monitor and repair overnight trade reporting submissions to FINRA's TRF
Manage Electronic Blue Sheets and Consolidated Audit Trail submission queues
Prepare detailed end-of-shift reports and escalate high-severity issues
