Owner's Advisor

The Owner's Advisor supports the program team in managing and coordinating collaborative delivery contracts for a major capital improvement program at the Blue Plains Advanced Wastewater Treatment Plant. This role involves assisting with project delivery method selection, reviewing submittals and RFIs, and coordinating activities among design engineers, contractors, and permitting agencies. The position requires monitoring construction status, ensuring compliance with codes and specifications, and supporting the owner through project completion.
