Owner's Advisor

Stantec seeks an Owner's Advisor to join its program team and support DC Water in delivering a nearly $2-billion, 10-year capital improvement program at the Blue Plains Advanced Wastewater Treatment Plant. The role involves managing collaborative delivery contracts, coordinating with design engineers and contractors, and monitoring construction activities to ensure projects align with the owner's expectations and requirements. This full-time position is co-located with DC Water staff at the Program Management Office at Blue Plains.
