Packaging Operator

This role involves working 100% of the time on the factory floor within the packaging department to relieve operators for breaks, lunches, training, and absences. The position requires a fully trained resource capable of replacing assigned operators to ensure key performance factors for throughput, quality, safety, and schedule attainment are met. The individual will be responsible for equipment operations, cleaning, and assisting with line changeovers.
