Packaging Project Lead

This role leads packaging projects for West’s Elastomers & Primary Containment platform, driving technical solutions for sterilizable packaging and supporting life-cycle management and customer development initiatives. The Packaging Project Lead collaborates with cross-functional teams, strategic suppliers, and global engineering groups to develop innovative packaging systems and ensure product integrity. The position involves managing design history files, coordinating testing activities, and delivering technical reports to support business objectives and continuous improvement efforts.
