Paid Internship

Pecan Valley Centers is offering a paid internship funded through August 31, 2027, supporting direct services for individuals with severe mental illness and/or substance use disorder. The role involves delivering skills training, psychosocial rehabilitation, and psychoeducation to clients and families while fostering trust and community integration. Interns will document client interactions, collaborate on recovery plans, and shadow qualified staff to learn de-escalation and crisis prevention techniques.
