Painter

The Painter position involves applying coats of paint, varnish, stain, enamel, or lacquer to decorate and protect interior and exterior surfaces, trimmings, and fixtures of buildings and structures throughout the district. This role requires preparing surfaces, mixing paints to match colors, and performing maintenance and repair tasks on buildings and equipment. The position also includes erecting scaffolding, maintaining tools and inventory, and ensuring safety compliance while working both indoors and outdoors.
