ParaEducator (School Aide)

The ParaEducator provides 1:1 support to a special needs student under the direction of a certified teacher, assisting with instructional, behavioral, and physical tasks to promote independent functioning. This role involves implementing IEP goals, managing behavior plans, and supporting daily living skills for students who may be medically fragile or have behavioral challenges.
