Paraprofessional

Under the direct supervision of a certified staff member, the paraprofessional assists professional staff with classroom instruction and non‑instructional duties, supporting students individually and in small groups to reinforce learning and manage behavior. The role also involves record‑keeping, parent contact, and participation in IEP processes to help students with special needs succeed.
