Paraprofessional

Paraprofessionals at Northwest Children's Home work with students in small-scale classrooms and at the community Education Center, supporting their education and therapeutic treatment. The role involves assisting teachers, participating in outdoor activities, and building quality relationships using a Trauma Informed Care approach. This position is critical to the successful treatment process for children who have experienced serious trauma.
