Youth Mentor

A Youth Mentor works with a group of three children on a 22-acre campus, providing therapeutic support and building quality relationships using a Trauma Informed Care approach. The role involves participating in various outdoor activities and hobbies to help children process trauma and work towards their treatment goals. Youth Mentors serve as role models, setting healthy boundaries while meeting children where they are in their treatment phase.
