Paraprofessional

Paraprofessionals work with students in small-scale classrooms on a residential campus and at a community Education Center, supporting children who have experienced serious trauma. They assist teachers, carry out lessons, and participate in various outdoor and recreational activities to help students achieve their educational and therapeutic goals. The role involves building quality relationships and setting healthy boundaries using a Trauma Informed Care approach.
