Swing Youth Mentor

A Youth Mentor works with a group of children on a 22-acre campus, providing therapeutic support and participating in outdoor activities like basketball, hiking, and fishing. The role involves building quality relationships, setting healthy boundaries, and using a Trauma Informed Care approach to help children who have experienced serious trauma. Youth Mentors serve as role models and are critical to the successful treatment process for the children in their care.
