Parent Educator (Parents as Teachers)

SHIELDS is seeking a dedicated Parent Educator to provide home-based family support services focused on strengthening parent-child relationships and promoting healthy early childhood development for children ages 0–5. The role involves conducting home visits, developing individualized family service plans, and providing parenting education and guidance on health, safety, and child development. The position requires coordinating referrals, supporting families in crisis, and maintaining accurate client documentation while collaborating with community agencies.
