Parent Partner

The Parent Partner provides support, encouragement, and guidance to parents and caregivers participating in MiFamily Together services, leveraging their own experience navigating the child welfare system to help others build confidence and achieve family goals. This role involves working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to advocate for families, connect them with community resources, and assist them through various child welfare processes and meetings. The position requires maintaining professional boundaries while sharing personal experiences to foster hope and understanding among participating families.
