Parent Partner

The Parent Partner serves as a mentor to parents and caregivers, offering guidance, empathy, and hope grounded in lived experiences within child-serving systems. As part of the High Fidelity Wraparound team, the role focuses on building trusting peer-to-peer relationships to help families navigate complex systems and strengthen bonds. This position provides emotional support and advocacy to elevate the parent or caregiver's voice and priorities throughout the Wraparound process.
