Parent Partner

The Parent Partner serves as a direct service provider to youth and families involved in Intensive Services, offering support, advocacy, and mentoring from a strengths-based perspective. This role involves participating in Child and Family Teams, ensuring families have voice and ownership of their care plans, and representing parents at agency and community meetings. The position requires working independently with strong organizational skills to support families in their roles as informed decision-makers.
