Parent Partner

The Parent Partner provides direct services to youth and families involved in Intensive Services or Outpatient Programs, offering support, advocacy, and mentoring from a strengths-based perspective. This role involves participating in Child and Family Teams, ensuring families have voice and ownership of their plans, and representing parents at agency and community meetings. The position requires working independently with strong organizational skills and empathy while sharing personal system experience to support caregivers.
