Parent Partner

The Parent Partner provides active, hands-on peer support to parents, caregivers, or youth receiving Wraparound services, leveraging personal life experience to build hope and trust. This role involves teaching skills for effective participation in the Wraparound process and connecting with families on a personal basis to support their vision for the future. The position requires a strong understanding of the parents' perspective, culture, and beliefs to facilitate collaboration and increase mutual understanding.
