Parent Partner

The Parent Partner role involves contributing to the development of the Child and Family Plan of Care and providing strength-based interventions to clients and families within their homes, out-of-home placements, and communities. The position promotes the Wraparound model by identifying client and family strengths, coordinating services with team members and community resources, and maintaining professional standards. The role requires collaboration with various agencies and personnel to provide advocacy, support, and case management services.
