Parent Partner

The Parent Partner serves as a mentor to parents and caregivers within the Adoption Assistance Program, utilizing lived experiences to guide families through complex systems and strengthen their bonds. This role involves building trusting peer-to-peer relationships, helping clients navigate the Wraparound process, and advocating for their voices and priorities during team meetings. The position focuses on empowering families to access resources, develop parenting skills, and achieve sustainable support and permanency outcomes.
