Parent & Volunteer Engagement Coordinator

The Parent & Volunteer Engagement Coordinator builds and sustains strong relationships with RCCYC's families and volunteers, serving as the primary liaison to ensure parents are welcomed, informed, and supported. The role involves recruiting, training, and managing volunteers from various community and church partners while leading parent engagement efforts through orientations, workshops, and events. This position strengthens the organization's culture of partnership by coordinating volunteer schedules, maintaining compliance records, and supporting community outreach initiatives.
