Parks & Vertical Construction Manager

Plans, coordinates, and manages County facilities capital projects, parks and recreation infrastructure, and vertical construction projects from concept through turnover. This construction and capital project management role provides owner-side leadership, manages consultants and contractors, and controls scope, budget, schedule, quality, and documentation. The position involves coordinating technical reviews with licensed professionals and supporting long-range capital planning for facility and park needs.
